How to set up branded templates - Images and GIFs

Create a set of branded images, GIF's & CV designs.

You can create custom-branded images or GIFs that align with your company's branding guidelines.

Specifically for job posts, the job title is automatically overlaid, streamlining the process for your consultants. Additionally, you have the flexibility to include salary and location details in the template.

All users have access to these templates to create regular social media posts. To do so, navigate to 'Share' inside Paiger, click on the briefcase icon under 'add an image,' and customise the template to your liking.

Template guidelines: 

You have two options for your templates: 

  1. GIFs
  2. Static images

How to set up GIFs: 

Please see the following requirements for the GIFs:

  1. You can provide up to 5 GIFs, which we will rotate through randomly for you on jobs
  2. The GIF dimensions must be 696 x 365 (pixels)
  3. The GIF must not exceed 100 frames
  4. The GIF file size limit is 10MB
  5. The job information must be the same size, font, colour and placement on each GIF
  6. We recommend leaving a clear space for the job title, salary and location text. We do not recommend using a text box area as this can limit options for longer job titles, salary information or location details.
  7. The font that you choose must be a Google Font (https://fonts.google.com/). If you would like to use a different font, you must provide us with the font file as a .ttf or .otf file
  8. Any static parts of the GIF such as your logo/website URL must be on every GIF already, we will only overlay the job title

It is easy to create a GIF using Canva. To learn how we recommend reading Canva's guide.

We suggest that you provide an example of one of the GIFs to us with the text positioning, so we can see how you would like them to be formatted.

 

How to set up static images: 

Please see the following requirements for the images:

How to set up cv designs:

Please see the following requirements for the images:

  1. You can provide up to 3 images, 1 for Cover Sheet, 1 for CV & 1 for One Pager.
  2. The images dimensions must be A4 21 x 29.7 (cm).
  3. The font that you choose must be a Google Font (https://fonts.google.com/). If you would like to use a different font, you must provide us with the font file as a .ttf or .otf file
