How to set up automatic job sharing

Spend less time creating job posts and more time recruiting with Paiger. It automatically pulls your jobs from your website and shares them on LinkedIn.

To complete the process, simply upload the job to your website. Paiger seamlessly integrates with numerous recruitment website providers. Your virtual assistant will craft a compelling status update, incorporate relevant hashtags, create a branded image, and include a link back to your website with tracking codes.

How to access your Job Sharing settings

Go to 'My Assistant' and click on 'Job Sharing'.

Here, you can personalise your settings to optimise your automatic job-sharing process.

You can adjust the following settings:

• Frequency of job sharing: Choose how often you want to share a job. The default setting is once daily, but you can modify this to align with your content strategy.
• Job selection: Determine which jobs Paiger selects from by specifying the number of recent live jobs it should consider.
• Posting link as a first comment: If you choose not to have Paiger automatically share the job link in the comments section, it will be displayed as a clickable image instead. We suggest trying out both options to see which one suits your needs best.
• 24-hour posting: If you do not enable this option, jobs will only be posted between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. in your local time zone.
• Email approval: Choose whether you want to automatically share job posts or require email approval before sharing them.
• Customising your call to action: Define how you want your job posts to begin and end.

Below your settings, you can view all your current job posts by clicking on the green '🔍' button.

How to add custom hashtags

You can customise hashtags for each of your job feeds, which will be included in all your job posts. To do this, click the hashtag button at your job feed at the bottom of the page.

Here, you can input your preferred hashtags and save them. These hashtags will automatically be included in all posts related to that specific job feed.
