Go to 'My Assistant' and click on 'Job Sharing'

Here you can customise all your settings to make your automatic job shares work for you.
How to add custom hashtags
You can set up custom hashtags for each of your job feeds that will go with all of your job posts.
To set this up, navigate to your job feed and click the # button.
Here you can add your own hashtags and then click save. These will then be automatically added to all the posts for that specific job feed.
