Your Day Planner uses your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and daily alerts to identify the opportunities most worth your time.

Instead of manually reviewing every alert, Paiger analyses them against your ICP, scores each opportunity, and presents the highest-priority prospects first.

Head to your 'Dashboard' & click 'Your Day Planner'.

Top Opportunities

These are your highest-scoring opportunities and should be your primary focus each day.

Top Opportunities typically include:

  • Strong ICP matches
  • High likelihood of agency usage
  • Relevant hiring activity
  • Clear business development opportunities

For each opportunity, you’ll see:

  • ICP match score
  • Agency likelihood score
  • Hiring themes and trends
  • Candidate-related insights
  • Why the opportunity fits your ICP
  • Why it matters now
  • Likely pain points
  • Agency-friendly indicators
  • Recommended contacts
  • Suggested first actions
  • Recommended outreach messaging

This allows you to quickly understand why an opportunity has been prioritised and determine the best next step.

Tier B Opportunities

Tier B opportunities typically score between 60% and 80% against your ICP.

These opportunities still represent strong potential but may not be as closely aligned as your Tier A opportunities.

Tier B opportunities can be useful when:

  • You’ve completed outreach to your Top Opportunities
  • You’re looking to expand your pipeline
  • Job flow is slower than usual
  • You want to identify additional business development opportunities

Opportunities that fall below Paiger’s quality thresholds are filtered out of the Daily Planner.

Hiring Signals

Hiring Signals highlights important company events that could create recruitment opportunities.

This includes signals such as:

  • Acquisitions
  • Funding announcements
  • Company growth
  • Expansion plans

Paiger analyses these events against your ICP and surfaces the opportunities most relevant to your market.

For each signal, you’ll see:

  • What’s happened
  • Why it matters
  • Potential hiring impact
  • Recommended recruitment angles

For example, an acquisition may create demand for roles such as Data Engineers, Product Managers, or Integration Specialists as businesses merge teams, systems, and processes.
