      How to use Outreach

      Create personalised and branded outreach messages for potential clients in seconds

      Click on 'Outreach' from the Paiger navigation.

      You have two main options to choose from when creating your outreach message:

      1. A video of you or your screen to engage the recipient
      2. A URL/website link with an image that you want your recipient to click

      Video Outreach is a paid add-on to your Paiger account.

      Please contact your Paiger Admin or your Customer Success Manager if you want to add Video Outreach to your account. 

      How to create a video outreach messages

      1. Click on 'record a video'.

      2. Choose whether to 'Record My Camera' to create a video of you talking, or 'Record A Tab' to record a screen share video.

      Whether you are recording your camera or a tab from your web browser, once you complete the recording you will be able to add your logo and also download the video if you want to.

      3. Enter a title, which will be visible to the recipient under the image/video you send.

      4. Optional – overlay text on the video or a cover image you choose from your branded images (see step 5 for using a cover image).

      5. Click the image or video preview you want shown in the cover image. You can use the recorded video or select from your branded templates. 

      6. Once you are happy with the video, title and cover image, click on 'Create Link'.

      The 'Record A Tab' feature is great for showing a prospect a candidate's profile or a web page while talking about it.

      How to create a branded image with link for outreach messages

      Branded images can link to anywhere you wish to send the recipient. 

      1. Insert the link.

      2. Enter a title that will be displayed below the image or video you are sending. We recommend personalising it by including the recipient's name.

      3. Enter the text you want to include in your image.

      4. Select the branded template you wish to use. 

      5. Once you are happy, click 'Create Link'.

      How to send your personalised outreach message

      When you scroll down the page, you can see all the messages you have created. You have various options for sending them. 

      1. Copy – simply copy the link to paste it wherever you need.

      2. Copy for email – this option will include the link and image/video in your clipboard for easy pasting into an email.

      3. Share – easily insert the image and link into a post for editing and sharing on social media platforms.

      4. LinkedIn message – share the link and a thumbnail of the image directly through a message on LinkedIn to connect with your contacts.
