How to use AI Personality for Ghostwriter

AI Personality is your default setting which tells Ghostwriter how to write your posts.

The first step to getting tailored LinkedIn posts is setting up your AI Personality.

This setting allows you to tell Paiger who you are and how to write your posts. It is then applied to ALL your AI-generated posts.

What are the benefits? 

  • You remain in control of your posts
  • Your posts sound like you and less like AI
  • They are tailored to your industry and audience
  • Writing Prompts becomes much simpler and quicker

When creating your AI personality settings, you have the option to choose from a variety of attributes. Anything that you don't select will need to be manually added for each specific prompt. The level of control is entirely up to you; however, we strongly recommend adding all of the below.

How to set it?

There are two options to configure your AI Personality - at the company level or user level.

If you set it at the company level, the settings will be applied to every user, removing their ability to customise it at the user level. To set your company's AI Personality, simply click on 'Company' in the top menu bar and select 'AI Personality'.

Alternatively, you can set the AI Personality at the user level by going to 'My Assistant' and clicking on 'AI Personality'. This allows individual users to personalise their AI-generated posts according to their preferences.

We have set a default personality to give all users a good starting point. 

If you are unable to view your AI Personality settings, it indicates that the settings are configured at the company level. As a result, you do not have the ability to make personal edits. To request changes to your AI Personality, please reach out to your administrator.

What to include in your AI Personality? 

Here are the aspects you can include in your AI Personality settings:

1. Tone of voice: You can choose, for example, a professional, casual, informative, or lighthearted tone for your AI-generated posts.

2. Your role: Specify whether you are a recruiter, marketer, sales director, or any other relevant position.

3. Target audience: Define your audience, such as candidates, clients, or individuals with different experience levels. 

4. Industry and niche: Mention your industry and niche to ensure that the AI-generated posts align with your specific field. 

5. Desired language: Select the desired language for your posts, such as GB English or German.

6. Additional instructions: You can provide any other specific instructions or preferences to Ghostwriter, such as including statistics, excluding certain information, or including specific call-to-actions.

Remember, whatever you set in your AI Personality settings will be applied to ALL AI-written posts. If you have different audiences or industries, adding those details in your individual prompts is recommended.
