Connecting Paiger to Your Bullhorn Account

This guide will help you connect your Paiger and Bullhorn accounts, allowing you to manage candidates and recruitment activities across both platforms seamlessly.

Prerequisites

• An active Bullhorn account

Step 1: Bullhorn OAuth Configuration

Before users can connect their accounts, your Bullhorn administrator needs to request the following from the Bullhorn support team:

• Client ID
• Client Secret
• Admin User Name

You'll also need to provide Bullhorn with this callback URL:

https://crm.content-app.com/bullhorn_oauth_callback

Once you have this information, please send it to support@paiger.co

Step 2: Connecting Your Account

1. Await the go-ahead from our support team
2. Log into your Paiger account
3. Navigate to Integrations (top menu)
4. Click "To connect your account to Bullhorn, please click here"
5. In the new window, enter your Bullhorn credentials when prompted

What You Can Do Once Connected

• Search for candidates in your Bullhorn database from Paiger
• Search and import Bullhorn CVs through My Candidates
• Export templated CVs from Paiger to Bullhorn - direct to a candidate record
• Add notes to Bullhorn (customisable) for reporting in Bullhorn analytics (request this through support@paiger.co)

Security Information

We take your data security seriously:

• We never store or have access to your Bullhorn password
• Authentication happens securely through Bullhorn's OAuth system
• Your connection can be disabled at any time
