How to use Campaign Builder
Turn one idea, article, job, CV or recording into weeks of engaging LinkedIn content in just a few clicks.
Creating consistent content doesn't have to mean starting from scratch every day.
With Paiger's AI Campaign Builder, you can take a single piece of content and transform it into an entire campaign of LinkedIn posts, written in your style and scheduled around your existing content.
Whether you're promoting a job, sharing industry expertise, showcasing a candidate or repurposing a webinar, Campaign Builder does the heavy lifting for you.
Step 1: Open Campaign Builder
- Log in to your Paiger account.
- Navigate to Post.
- Select the Campaign Builder tab.
You'll see the different ways you can create your campaign.
Step 2: Choose what you want to create a campaign from
Campaign Builder supports several different types of content.
|

Getting better results
The more useful context you give Paiger, the more relevant your campaign will be.
For example, instead of entering:
Recruitment trends
Try:
Create a campaign aimed at UK recruitment agency owners about how AI is changing recruitment. Focus on practical advice, improving productivity and why relationships still matter.
Paiger will use your brief to create posts exploring different angles rather than repeatedly saying the same thing.
Step 3: Choose your campaign length
Next, decide how many weeks of content you'd like Paiger to create.
|
Campaign length |
Posts created |
|
1 week |
4 posts |
|
2 weeks |
6 posts |
|
4 weeks |
10 posts |
|
6 weeks |
14 posts |
The default is 2 weeks, generating 6 posts.
You can also choose your Campaign start date.
Paiger checks your existing posting schedule and suggests suitable publishing times, helping you maintain a consistent presence without overcrowding your calendar.
Once you're happy, click Build my campaign.
Paiger will analyse your content and generate your campaign.
Nothing is published or scheduled at this stage. You'll have an opportunity to review everything first.
Step 4: Review your campaign
Once your campaign has been created, you'll see an overview of your posts and suggested publishing dates.
Each post is designed to explore a different aspect of your original content.
For example, a campaign based on a job specification might include posts about:
- The opportunity and why it's exciting.
- The skills employers are looking for.
- Career development and progression.
- The industry or market the role operates in.
- Reasons someone might consider a career move.
Every post can be reviewed and edited before scheduling.
Editing a post
Click Edit alongside any post to make changes.
You can:
- Rewrite or adjust the suggested wording.
- Change the headline used on a branded image.
- Review the proposed publishing time.
- Preview how the post will appear on LinkedIn.
Click Save changes when you're finished.
Previewing your posts
Click Preview to see a LinkedIn-style preview of your content, including the accompanying image or video and any first comment.
We recommend reviewing every post before scheduling, particularly when using candidate information, confidential job specifications or AI-generated content.
Step 5: Choose your images
Campaign Builder gives you control over whether your written posts include branded images.
Under Media for written posts, choose one of two options.
Branded images
Paiger prepares a branded image for each written post, using the suggested image headline.
Click Prepare branded images to generate them. You can then review the finished images before scheduling your campaign.
Text only
Prefer to post without images? Select Text only.
Your written posts will be scheduled as text, without branded graphics.
You can still use video clips within a campaign regardless of which option you choose.
Step 6: Schedule your campaign
Once you're happy with your content, you're ready to schedule it.
- Scroll to Publish to.
- Select the LinkedIn profile or connected LinkedIn Company Pages where you'd like your posts to appear.
- Choose whether to use branded images or text-only posts.
- If you've chosen branded images, prepare and review them first.
- Click Schedule All.
- Confirm your selected destinations.
Paiger will schedule your posts using the suggested dates and times, taking your existing schedule into account.
You can then visit Manage Schedule to view your upcoming content.
Remember: You stay in control. Campaign Builder doesn't automatically schedule content when you generate a campaign.
Creating campaigns from videos and podcasts
Campaign Builder can do much more than create written posts.
Turn a webinar or recording into multiple posts
Upload a video in MP4, MOV or WebM format.
Paiger can analyse your recording, identify valuable moments and turn them into shorter video clips, alongside standalone written posts.
You can also tell Paiger what to focus on.
For example:
Find the most useful advice about winning new business, the discussion around AI and any particularly strong customer examples. Avoid introductions and housekeeping.
Customise your clips
Once your campaign has been generated, you can:
- Trim clips to adjust their start and end points.
- Add your company logo.
- Generate automatic subtitles.
- Apply logos and subtitles to multiple clips at once.
- Preview and download completed videos.
You can also upload and save branded intro and outro videos for use in future campaigns.
For video and podcast campaigns, you can optionally add a call-to-action URL. Paiger can include a tracked version of that link in the first comment of your posts.
Supported recording formats: MP4, MOV and WebM for video; MP3 for podcasts. Recordings must be between 30 seconds and 120 minutes, with a maximum file size of 5GB.
Other useful features
1. Share individual posts
You don't have to schedule your whole campaign.
Click Share Manually on an individual post to open it in Paiger's sharing editor, where you can make further changes and choose how to share it.
2. Add posts to your Vault
If your account has permission to manage the Vault, you can select Add to Vault to make a campaign post available for future use.
This is particularly useful for marketing teams creating content for colleagues to share.
3. Export a campaign for approval
Need someone to review your content before it goes live?
Click Export and select Approval PDF.
You can share the campaign with a colleague or client for review.
Alternatively, choose Editable campaign file to export the campaign for another Paiger user to import and work on.
Imported campaigns retain their written content, but images and video assets are not included and may need to be prepared again.
Click Build Another to start a new campaign using a different topic or content source.
