Anonymising A CV In My Candidates

How to quickly anonymise your cv

Paiger offers an anonymous option for your CV which hides the candidate's personal information.

Within this Paiger offers four options:

- Template

- Bullet (organises content into easy-to-read bullet points)

- Original (copies over the text exactly from the original cv)

- Image (takes an image of the original cv and adds it to your branded design)

To choose your preferred template, click the dropdown menu in the top left corner.

Image Anonymisation

In addition to the AI generated anonymisation feature of Paiger, it is possible to add additional anonymisation to the image version of a CV. This is great for CVs that have images, easily identifiable acronyms or dates.

• From the anonymous image version of a CV click the 🚫 symbol
• Click the Block colour button and choose the colour you want from the colour wheel. Default colour is white (previously black)
• Click the “Use AI” toggle to make additional changes on top of AI blocking, or start from scratch
